Thank you very much for your messag. My name si flora Kishili Mollel, I am from the Maasai tribe, originally from Simanjiro village, but currently I live in Arusha. We are involved in helping different groups of children, such as orphans children with albinism, those from difficult environments and also those whose educational dreams have been interrupted. For example many masaai children do not go to school and are married off at a young age.
We do not have our own center at the beginning we used to enroll the children in boarding schools. However, the school where our children were studying was suddenly closed because the owner could not manage it properly. After that we looked for another good school but it did not have boarding facilities. So we decided to rent a house where the children could stay and access their basic needs including quality education (not just education, but good education, accommodation, food and proper care.
I am the main coordinator here in Tanzania. I. also have a friend we work together with, we ment when she came to Tanzanian and she told me she wanted to support communities including orphans children with albinism and masaai children. She suggested that we work together my role would be find and take care of the children, and her role would be to find sponsors in Germany. I agreed to this, and I have been working with her for seventeen years now.
We started with four children, and currently we have seventeen children. Some are in primary school, secondary school and universities. Two of them have already completed university.
